We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and walking shoes, and bringing a jacket — the weather in the fjords can change quickly.

Our day tours typically last between 9 to 11 hours, depending on the route, weather, and any optional experiences you choose (such as the Flåm Railway or fjord cruise).

However, tours can be shortened or adjusted based on your available time — especially if you're arriving by cruise ship or have other time constraints.

Pets are only allowed on private group tours, and must be approved in advance.

This helps us ensure the comfort and safety of all guests. If you're booking a private tour and would like to bring your pet, please contact us ahead of time — we'll be happy to discuss the options.

We recommend booking your tour at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially during the high season (May to September) or if you're arriving by cruise ship.
